This gentle and light touch aromatherapy massage uses essential oil application to relax, support, soothe, and invigorate in a non-invasive manner.

This bodywork session takes place on a Thai yoga massage mat. We work through your Sen (energetic) lines to release blockages and create flow, inviting the joints and structures of your body to stretch open and move more freely. Your life force energy, circulation, and overall well being can begin to flow with more ease.

This gentle bodywork session supports vital flow (life force energy/Chi/Prana) in your physical and energetic self, releases blockages, and encourages your capacity to  support homeostasis with more ease.

This online or in-person aromatherapy consultation goes into your past and present health, along with any other needs or concerns you wish to express. I then suggest single oil or oil blends that will best support your wellness needs. Other hands on or energetic offerings may also be suggested to compliment your wellness journey.
